Our Vendors
At the moment, we have 600+ vendors who entrust their arts and crafts to Spinners Web. If you don’t see a profile for a particular vendor, one will be uploaded once they submit one to us.

We are the official product outlets of the following suppliers;

Siafu
Today Siafu is home to group of weavers in our workshop in Nairobi, Kenya. With a small but growing team we create a range of beautiful fabrics made from organic cotton, all done on hand looms.
Our mission is to grow Siafu Home into a leading handloom textile manufacturer, by training up new generations of weavers and transferring the knowledge of our experienced weavers. By offering a unique style and a product of highest quality we will reach markets way beyond our borders.

Kenya Kanga
Kenya Kanga Collection was founded by Gemma in 2005. She created the brand through admiring the local women in their kangas along the coast of Kenya. She trained the ladies to make the kind of dresses she wanted, and today they employ 12 women at the warehouse.
Kanga is constantly inspired by the colours of Africa. Constantly inspired by the women who work for us – an incredible team whose hard work and dedication to creating the beautiful line of clothing, homeware and gifts is second to none.

Inside the Baobab
Producers and suppliers of local craft items decorated with Maasai beads and jewellery. Other locally made items include kiondos, aluminium products, and brass jewellery. Book covers, wall hangings, wooden doll’s house furniture.

Sandstorm Kenya
Sandstorm started by making safari tents, but when they tried turning the leftover canvas into rugged bags, they quickly became the heart of the business.
Today, the tightly-knit team in Nairobi still produce them in small batches, with each bag artfully assembled from start to finish under the watchful eye of a single sewer. After more than 20 years, Sandstorm remains the safari professionals’ choice.

Niro
Founded in 2009, their collections unfold like a vibrant tapestry, adorned with handcrafted pieces hewn from Kisii soapstone, wood, metal fabric, and sisal. Niro’s essence revolves around people, innovation, and exquisitely crafted creations that celebrate the beauty of simplicity and practicality, all infused with an unmistakable African soul. Within the atelier, every piece is meticulously handcrafted, envisioned to harmonize or stand out on its own seamlessly.

Our Vendor Philosophy
At Spinners Web, we’re very fussy about quality because our customers are the same way. That’s why any product you find at our shop is of exceptional value. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
Thankfully, our vendors feel the same way, too. In fact, we owe them a great deal of gratitude for supplying us with the best arts and crafts products in all of Africa. No wonder the Spinner’s Web name is quickly becoming synonymous for “quality craftsmanship at an unbeatable price.”
